It has been posted on a couple of boards that Rick has passed away. He fought a courageous battle with lung and brain cancer and he bravely kept it to himself for some time. He was as hard a NMC racer as anyone and always had time to help anybody in need. He will be missed.
Prayers went up from the Chapel Service in Cordova last Saturday and Sunday. May God Bless and Support the Van Gorder Family through this difficult time.
You're in good company up there, Rick. Hope to see you again someday.
