Removing Walls

I am thinking about putting some more clearance lights on my trailer. The inside is finished. Has anyone taken the walls and molding down to do so? Any hints in doing this would be appreciated. What type nails/staples did you use? I am thinking my wiring currently runs along the top of the trailer from front to back.
