I currently have a 15 x 10 Weld magnum with a 5" back space and Mickey Thompson Drag radials. I wanted to go to a double bead lock and since the magnums have been discontinued, decided to go with the Alpha 1. I wanted to move to a 12" width, but they only come with a 5" back space. This would move the wheel out two inches, correct?

I guess I'll have to go with the same configuration 15 x 10, with a 5" BS to keep the tire in the same spot. If they had a 15 x 12, with a 6" BS that would basically keep the wheel in the same spot. Or is my thinking screwed up? lol

I think you would need a 15 x 12 with a 7 in backspace to keep outside of tire where you are now, but rear will need 2 inches more clearance to frame or tub. You would be going 7 inches back from mounting flange and 5 out
