What is the best proceedure for adjusting anti roll bar driver in car no driver in car?

We do it with driver in the car.

Just like you should do ALL of your setups: race-ready, with driver weight, as if it where sitting on the starting line.

These are just opinions, mine is do to it however you have been doing it.
You need to do it the same every time you make an adjustment so you can relate it to the previous setting.
It always liked to do it with the car on jack stands cause it was easier to adjust without the wheels on the car.
