Like it says this is for rainy days and of course the Winter time when you want ribs.

I make my own mesquite dry rub for country style ribs. I put it into a ziplock gallon bag and stick it in the refrigerator for 24 hours turning it occasionally or when ever you go get another beer...:p

Set your broiler so it is about 9 inches from the burner. Cover the broiler pan with foil and place the ribs on it. Set the broiler on low. Start turning the ribs every 20 minutes or so till they are done. Usually take an about an hour or so.

They turn out great with almost no shrinkage and very easy to do.:smt118
