Ive got a 3350 lb G body big block car. Its nose heavy but has ladder bars and coilover in the back and Moroso trick springs and 90/10s up front. Has a glide and a 4.30 gear also. Car runs 6.40ish on motor and has been 5.97 on spray but should be able to run 5.70s easily. My question is what tire a 10.5x28, 295/55 radial or a 10.5x28 stiff sidewall. Ive had both slicks and my best 60 foot and motor et came with regular sidewalls and my best nitrous times with the stiff sidewalls. Ive heard radials are faster and I now have a nitrous progressor so I can ramp in the nitrous. What do you guys recommend. What is faster and which will last longer as I dont do a huge burnout.
