I have a RaceCraft alum. motorplate for sbf off-set crank & Pro. Products 28oz. sFI balancer #90006. Installed the balancer onto the crank last night and the balancer ran right into the motorplate. I would have to clearence the motorplate about 3/4" of an inch around the balancer to get it to fit properly.

Has anyone had this experience.

Recommended fix other than clearencing.

Yep already done, clearenced it to match a plate from SkinnyKid. After further research the problem is I was utilizing a street style balancer as compared to a more expensive race balancer like from ATI.

Problem solved looks like the above pic.
