Took my car up to Quinn to have some work done on the date he proposed. 12 weeks later went back and car had not been touched. He lied about working on it, was covered in dust in the corner with flat tires. He took a 10k deposit on arrival for parts/ chromoly. I obviously took my car annd parts before I left and he (as we all know) didn’t have my money. Said he spent it on his hvac and his race car. Not real sure why he needed my money as I figure if you own a business you pay your debts and have 10k in your account LOL. I had some paperwork signed as he promised to get me paid in 30 days. Months go by still nothing but excuses and this and that. He even told my attorney he knew he owed the money just didn’t feel like paying i dont guess. Got the judgement from the court now just dealing with that. This is just a warning to everyone not do business with this POS. He’s a damn thief and a liar and that’s all he will ever be. Maybe I’ll save someone some time and headache

Ya it does. Seems to be the new norm now. I don’t blame people for wanting to get out of racing. People like him make it super hard to get anything done or trust anyone with anything. He obviously can’t be trusted.That sucks!

For some reason I think if I would have ran my business like that for 35 years I would be setting in jail right now. But somehow these shitbags pull this crap all the time with no repercussions.

What do you think you'll get out of the judgement?
How busy was the shop when you dropped the car off?
Would you trust a skinny chef? Would you trust a doctor with only you as a patient?

I am a reasonable person to deal with now but I make perfectly clear what I want when I want it the day I drop my stuff off. I keep Calling and stopping by at least twice a week. If you aren’t working on my junk I give you the slightest understanding but say if you aren’t going to get on my car By the next time I come I will just pick it up!
I have my Fab 9 rear at a powder coating place it’s been 2 weeks! I told him I want it by the end of the week. He said he would have it this week. I called today and asked how it was coming and he tried to tell me his guy was out sick. I said well you have until the end of the week and unfortunately understand your problem but it’s not gonna be my problem if it’s not done I will just come get it.

Ya he was trying to be on some tv show once turned out no one liked him and I should have taken the hint. He had cars in there but he already had my money so it just went to the back. Dude a clown for sure. The racing game is full of them and it sucks. Makes me want to just get out of it. Apparently the judge doesn’t like him much ether because he awarded me all kinds of stuff adding up to almost 27k plus interest every day. He’s a damn idiot. I dont know anyone running a business that can’t afford to pay 10k for something especially paying someone back. I’m not much of a borrower but he’s a damn thief. If you look it up it’s Quinn’s chassis shop 2. Just wanting everyone to know my experience so you know who NOT to do business with.
