Do you make a high output alternator for a small case alternator ?? It came off a 95 chevy truck, I have to use this case size due to my application.:smt100It currently puts out 100 amps and 13.8 volts, when I drive the vehicle it goes down to 13.2 , the battery stays on a trickle charger when not driven.

8165-7 and is basically avaiable just like the CS130ACSE's. Can do either plugged in or one wires. Our base model is 120amps (testing at 130+, 100amps at idle), 160amps (depending on idle and pulley ratio, typically well over 100amps at idle if engine idle is 1000 or higher), and 200amps. The 200amp units only have about 30amps at a factory idle (150+ in race cars, but then they burn up do to lack of air flow if allowed to sit at idle too long) , and are used pretty much only for stereo vehicles. YB pricing is basically $1 an amp. (120/160/200) plus shipping.
