tried second kit out yesterday for the first time, have a 6jet spread and 5lbs fp. plugs fat at the 1/8th, ran out of time didnt get to make any more passes. never really had fp lower than this, so debating if i should move up 2 jet sizes on the nos or lower fb a touch. what do you guys recommend?

its a sbf, first kit is perfect. timing looked good on 2nd kit just fuel ring was right at the top.

are you running one bottle or 2?
are you keeping good bottle pressure?
what are you setting your bottle pressure at on the 2nd
what is your timming after both kits are on
you are already running 6 spread and fp on the low side
need alot more info to see what you have going

1 15lbs bottle
bottle pressure is 1050 before ea pass
i lose about 40-50psi during a pass on one kit
12deg wtih both kits on
i have a 32 in the first kit, sec kit is a 28/22 right now. its a pretty big windsor with c3 heads

what plugs are you using and i'm sure your saying that it
looks rich with new plugs shutting it off clean and not driving to the pits?

i run ngk 10s. and ya i shut it off and coast to the end check the plugs.

i talked to a few guys here locally and probably just gonna go up on fp a touch and go up 2 sizes on jets. fuck it, more nos will make it that much more fun, lol

so what was your na timing and how much do you pull on each to land on 12? are you getting the expected et with the 2nd or its not giving you what it should

im pulling it out with the msd box. and i have only tried the sec kit once to the 1/8th and it was fat. so i was gonna lean it out but trying to figure out best way to do it.
