Jack Vanover installed a progressive on his back halved 68 camaro Driven by Glenn Owens; 14x32's, 615" 18deg headed, with 1 kit at 3200lbs. Went 1.05 60' 4.65 1/8 @ 153

I'm not up on what all times that style of car runs nation wide, but that's damn fast for around here. Good Job Jack, Glenn, and all involved!

I think there's a "632" class down south, but not sure what the rules are for that or what they run.

that combo would have just won outlaw 632 with that setup .

Brief rules for outlaw 632
Cubic inch limited to 640 or less
NITROUS is the only power adder
3000 lbs for big block cars any tire allowed
factory style car and wheelie bars are allowed
-50 lbs for single carb.

Hell it does not impress me at all. You went a 4.72 on a 275 radial with a 598. Just saying.
