In most cases two smaller stages will out run one larger stage.. Somewhat depends on system configuration, but when you double the number of solenoids, you get more flow !!

progressive vs 2 stage plate
Heres my delima:
I have an NX twin gemini plate that will spray 300 but I don't have the suspension to hold 300 out of the hole and the track usually wont hold it either.
So, should I buy a 2 stage plate and spray 150 and then another 150 or buy a progressive and ramp the 300 in? Any pros or cons of a progressive over a 2 stage plate?
