Has anyone had a problem with a detroit locker in an 8.8. My brother's 90 coupe has developed a push to the drivers side under hard acceleration even without breaking the tires loose. Is it possible for the locker to apply the power unevenly to the rear wheels causing this. I was under the impression that it should apply the power evenly. Maybe something is broken inside the unit. Any ideas ? Thanks

It may have broken the spring that loads the locker itself.You may need to remove it and disassemble it.Theres not much to them,hope this helps.
