Price Comparison from your area

Guys,

I have a 95 Mustang that I'm putting back on the street but, it will see the track often. The reason it will have a cage is the times I expect to see and safety purposes. I took all the interior out and cut the old mild steel Roll cage out of it do to some serious weight. I went ahead and ordered a mini tub kit from Mr Zimmerman. I'm just wondering what the price of a 10 point C/M or Mild steel cage goes for in your area and having mini tubs installed. I feel you get what you pay for at times but, I'm concerned about quality when it come to the bars being installed (just in case). I have no class rules/weight to be concerned with. The installer will not have to put any interior back in the car

The going price for mini tubs is around 1200 to 1500. I am guessing the 10 pt cage in moly would be another 1500 to 2000ish. Check with David Rose who owns DAE motorsports in Williamston, NC, he does excellent work. 252-802-1296
Prices

I can do a .120 wall 1 5/8 DOM mild steel 8.50 certified 10 or 12 point for 700.00 and the mini tubs for another 350.00

that seems like a bit much for wheel tubs
300-400 to install the tubs
1500-1800 material and labor for a 10 point
I have one guy local that quoted 2500 for 10 point C/M and wheel tubs installed. I already have the Kit from Team Z and just curious about the cost from others. Quality and safety is the most important to me.
I would sell the car you have and buy one already done. People are forced to give race cars away right now if they want to sell them.
