Combo is SBC 377 twin old Turbonetics Ball bearing T76 .96 making 1400hp to the rear @35psi.
Want to go single Pre .102mm Pro mod and make 1800hp.
Can this be done with 1.15 housing or need to go bigger 1.40?

Please need advice!!!

the 1.15 will work, most likely just not ideal depending on how good your motor is? 1/8 or 1/4 mile? street only? If you are shooting for 1800-1900hp....the 1.15 will not get you there. BP will kill you.......heck the 1.40 is still going to choke you on a single.

You need some better heads and intake.
35psi to make 1400?
If they are the small t series ones that isnt too bad. I had the 72 mm hurricanes on my sbc that had good heads and it took 30 psi to get over 1200 whp. I think those small turbonetics just arent that great

Use the larger 105mm turbine wheel offered instead of the 103mm and as above, use the 1.40A/R housing.
