I am far from an expert and am interested in what some think. Based on what I was taught slightly rich.

Just viewed the pics,
To much run time and it is very rich, even at idle.
No heat in the plugs,
What fuel and timing?
Carb?

We just changed to a 7al3 and went from a blue blaster to the red. There was at least 50 passes on these plugs. AR 3933

50 passes? Not gonna happen. Fresh set of plugs, one full on pass, shut it off then read. I also think plugs are too cold for that. I'd go with ngk -9 or ar3932. I've got WAY more compression than you and higher rpm and don't run that cold of a plug.

An AR3932 is equivalent to a NGK-10

AR3933 is -9 in NGK

I'd be running an NGK-8 or even 7 in that engine and that low of Rpm.
(AR3934 or 3935)
