We are assembling a SBF using Lentz rods and we cannot find the correct rod bearing and want to avoid re-notching the rods if we can. The rods are .904 wide 2.008 bore the crank is 1.890

We have tried Clevite 1663 which would work great but the tangs are on the opposite sides than the rods so to use them we would have to re notch the rods which we can do but would like to find the correct bearing to fit I have read a SP 1327 might work it says it is a version of the 1663 but i dont know what is different? I have never seen a SP bearing pre fix either...

PLEASE HELP!

Also I think the rods are supposed to have a 2.015 bore size. If that helps

Well after some more investigating I found the problem. These rods were made for a 1.850 pin on the crank not 1.888 like we have.
