Assuming valve size and chamber size are the same will a custom piston for an afr head work under a highport head 351 w based

It's valve spacing that is going to play apart. The chamber shape aswell.(Dome to head interference)

Probably not....because of the dome.

But you'll really have to ask whoever made them. If its a generic dome it will probably fit, if its application specific, it won't.
