Has anyone used one of the needle bearing crank bushings? I have to wonder about clutch dust and heat phuckin them up.

Haven't seen a problem with them. Most of them have a small integral lip seal that when the input shaft pilot goes through it creates a seal from the pilot shaft to the bearing to keep it clean.

Will they work with a Lenco as the input shaft floats between the trans and the end of the crank?

I just got the tranny and I'm trying to get the right pieces together. Never owned a Lenco before.

I need to order an input shaft yet but I have to know what length. I can't measure until I put in crank bushing, once I figure out what to use or machine up.

Thanks for the input Hutch, if I don't like the Lenco I'll be calling you about a glide!
