I wanted one for years and bought a new M-15 a couple months ago from a member here, but wanted somthing I could shoot some longer ranges with.
I found it on gunbroker.com for a pretty good deal.

Armalite Ar-10T. 7.62 National match trigger, triple lapped stainless target barrel. I topped it off with the Armalite 30mm mount and Leupold Mark4 long range tactical,4.5x-14x 50mm on a 30mm tube.
Found a deal on some Federal gold medal match 168gr HPBT.
I hope to go try it out this weekend if the weather holds out.

very nice!!

get yourself a hogue grip for that, you will love shooting it more
It needs somthing...I dont like the grip at all,it seems like it needs about anothr 1/2 inch on the back side to put my finger where it needds to be on the trigger.
Going to the gun shop tomorow to look for a bipod, I'll
check out the grips while I'm there. My Armalite M-15 needs on also.

Damnit, why do I keep clicking on these threads.

I had my mind made up on the 308 Savage in the other thread, but that AR-10 is extremely nice.

markstang can vouch for how well they shoot as well.

Very nice!

Btw, let us know how it does.

Yep. Just unscrew the tension bolt and pull it off. Or ERGO makes one without (P/N: 4045):

Personally, I love the palm shelf. But the grip itself is super comfortable, too.

This one from Falcon looks good. I don't want a grip cap or deep finger groves, just something to fill in the back side a little.I have very lage hands.
