I have a '02 Lightning that I had out for the first time last Friday...I have a PCV delete system on it that consists of cans with coalescing filter element for both banks...They run from the valve covers to the can, and on the driver's side go to the CAI and on the passenger side they go to the back of the upper plenum...I have either blown a rear main or the plate on the back of the mod motor is leaking...I am assuming the crankcase pressure is causing this...The engine only has 1,200 miles on it and I am trying to figure out how to eliminate some of the crankcase pressure to get it through the season...I'm guessing my engine builder has screwed me for the second and last time, but can I fix the main and set my PCV setup up to get me through the year...Or, do I just say the hell with it and go through another rebuild with a competent builder this time...Dave

How much has the engine been ran since the new build or the re-fresh? The rings may not have seated yet.
