Are these rods made by ARP? Just curious what other think about them. Looking at using a set of Olivers with these bolts on a pump gas 598 with one kit maybe 400 or so. Thanks in advance.

I went ahead an upgraded to the new age 625 bolt with the heavier weight of the steel rod i think it is good insurance

If you dont mind me asking how much was the upgrade?

Been running those rods and bolts for 2 yrs now. 6.700 Oliver w/wsb bolts. ALWAYS stretch the bolts with the proper lube. you can buy the upgrade (625 new age) threw manley for less $$$.

i think it was about 325 for the upgraded bolts and they resized the rods for the bolts

like ray (598nos) ive had my oliver rods with the wsb bolts for a few seasons no trouble with over 1400 on spray. i thought they were one of the best rod bolts you could get was told there the same as arp 2000 that come std on even grp 5300 series rods.

Yeah I think I am worrying for nothing. Building pump gas 598 with 400 on top that max....ok maybe 500...)
