I bought a used set of weld double beadlocks. The inside measures a tad under 13". I called weld and they said the new ones they make are 13 1/4"
I tried a couple of things, loosening up the brakes, opened the holes on the bolts a little so the brakes would come further together, I am really not close to getting the wheels on.
It appears that if I could get the wheel in a lathe I could open it up?
Anybody have any suggestions?

I wouldn't take the wheel down, I'd grind the calipers down if you can. What brakes you have?

Not much material on those to take off, bolts almost to top as it is. Without havin them in front of me I'd say if there is enought material to machine and move the outer bolts in, then take off material on the calipers outer edge that would be your only option. I'd be very cautious of taking down the rim in any way and thinning out that aluminum. Fuckin' blows-I bet you wind up just selling those rims.
