I have a friend that has a crossbar plate with 175 hp each stage, flowing 6 lbs of fuel on each stage. The jets are squared and taking out 14 degrees total. It runs good on the first stage, but when you hit the second stage it pops out of the exhaust. What could this be?

I had the same problem with the crossbar plate. I was spraying two .053 jets (made 280 at the tires) with 15 degrees out and I had the same problem poping out the exhaust. I starting putting timing back in it and It cleared up. I am currently pulling out 10 degrees with 6lbs flowing through a .067 jet in the flow tool. I haven't had the problem since

Sorry you guys, I will try to keep my mouth shut! :-damnit I just get a little outspoken from time to time. I just can't stand for somebody to have problems when I might have some useful information to help them out. Maybe if I ever get in the top half of the field I will start keeping my mouth shut.
