After several weeks off, the NMCA heads to Bowling Green, Kentucky this weekend for the 9th Annual Quick Fuel Technology NMCA Muscle Car Nationals, the second race of the 2010 Edelbrock Drag Racing Series.

Always a racer and fan favorite, this year’s race at Beech Bend Raceway is even more anticipated due to the fact that last year’s event was rained out.

Gates open Friday April 30th at 10 A.M., followed by a test and tune session from noon until 3:00. There will be one qualifying session Friday, which is scheduled to begin at 3 PM. Two sessions of qualifying are slated for Saturday with eliminations set to begin Sunday at 9:00 AM.

Off the track, you'll see the huge TREMEC NMCA Car Show, as well as a killer swap meet and vendor midway.
