Some of you know my car on here. The mustang with the 6.0 that went 6.24. I took a 09 Escalade 6.2 engine, milled the heads .050, took the cam from my 6.0, used stock head gaskets, honed the cylinders, notched the stock pistons, put bearings in, new rod bolts(gm), my Vic jr from 6.0. Compression is supposed to be right at 11.5-1 with head milling. Pump gas and a conservative tune since we got to the track late and this is how it did.
I never did a wheelie before, so it was new to me. I left the front 2 clicks from loose. We did change jets 1 time and I think it needs some more jet as well as some timing adjustment. We changed the jets 4 numbers and went from 110 mph to 112. The suspension adjustments alone should get it in the 5s. One pass, I lost 6 mph and still went 6.05. That should have been my 5.99 pass. Im confident it will hit some 5.8s in the next few weeks.
