Last friday night I posted a new personal best of 10.96 at 122. Before you laugh check out my combo

92 S10 truck
stock NON posi rear end 3.73 gears
355 cid
Hyd cam-not big either
650 Demon Carb
Cast crank
9.75 to 1 pistons
TFS heads
150 shot
3200 lbs, of Street legal 1 wheel peel fun
can't wait till next year we are making big changes over the winter with new chassie work and maybe just maybe a new motor.

Good job! not trying to be an asshole (I don't even have to try :-D ) what was you 60' or better yet your 1/8? I'll bet it pickked up big time out the back

Yeah the 60' was 1.69 and the 1/8 was 7.0048 at 100 even. It really charges when i get to high gear

did it have slicks on it? sounds like you got a good bit left in it...have fun and stay safe :D

Yes I use a 28'x 10.5 et street. I think I can get a lot of weight out of it, still has full int, including radio and speakers. I would love to see a .80 maybe a little more No2 and hit a .70. It all depends on how long the rear holds together. Its like using a tooth pick to build a bridge

What size trans are you working with?

Its a TCI th350 with a 4,000 converter. I could use a little less converter with the No2 I seem to drive through this one, but it works.

She just likes it because they are cheap, enough left over to spoil her when i'm done. or is that soil her? :-D what ever it is it makes me smile

No fords, never never never. although the lack of power would be much eaiser on driveline parts :-D

sorry I just have to keep the faith. it would be faster if i put the motor in a mustang :-D
