I am so frustrated with those guys especially Lowell,

I placed an order on May and they said by the end of July it will be done but till now he never answer my emails, I asked for an update or at least estimation but still he don't answer.

I wanted to buy heads but I thought that i might take my money and go to buy billet ls which was my second choice before i go with big block.

What to do guys in cases like this ?
Anyone went through situations similar to this one!

That’s odd as I’ve dealt with Lowell and not had any problems. There is something with those blocks being cast in CA or something and then sent to them in IL for machining and finish work. If indeed a CA business is involved, all bets are off.

I know a good friend was going to get one of their blocks but bought a CN billet instead. After some minor delays, he did get the block.

I had a similar experience with a piston company out there who made me a wrong set of pistons and then lied to me for 4 months before totally ghosting me.

Company's who do what they say. BRODIX, CN, DART, ENERGY MANUFACTURING, BAE, AJPE. New Century has issues constantly and goes into the dark this has went on for YEARS. Get your money back. I just got tired of the BS stories either give me a straight answer or say I cant do it.

I wish to get my money back, I lost my faith in the new century and I won't be comfortable even if they get it done because I can't trust anyone who treats his customers like this.

I have emailed Lowell and also on his private Facebook account but as usual no one is answering.

How did you pay? Check or CC? Doe she even answer the phone? If not send a certified letter and demand your funds back.

With sooooo many other reputable companies & with a simple Google search - you just had to order with this one? :smt064
