Would it be benificial to run a tire like a M/T et street or hossier QTP first, then move to a radial?
Would it be easier to sort out a new combo like this or is my thinking wrong?
Any input.

Start with what you are going to run. Data is data. IMHO getting a little dyno time on the motor will allow you to not have to worry about getting the motor, shift points, etc. there before you can get serious with the suspension. I mean around here it's only $500 for 8 hrs. and you can usually get a real good baseline sooner than that. Just add up 3 or 4 trips to the track to get your motor dialed in and gremlins found before you can really makes some hits.

honestly is it that difficult to run radials ???
Seriously! Traction will most likely not be a problem with the Mickey Thompson DR unless your combo makes a couple thousand HP.

Are you building a DR car or ?? What kind of et do you think you'll be running?
