Well, I have been to the track once since my last best ET and 60' and a malfunction ruined what I thought might have been a good outing. Fast forward to this past weekend. Friday night (3/10/23) the track had a radial tire test session for a big event the next day. I stepped it up to a 30 jet leaving at 60% on the progressive and all in by 1 second. That pass netted 1.17 60' and 5.27 just barely faster than my last best outing. Weather was ok with DA right at 1000 feet.

When I came back and looked at the plugs I decided to take little fuel out on the hose side. I also tightened down the rear shocks some more to keep the front end down. Second pass was slower as something caused it to break up right at the end. Pass was smoother leaving with same 1.17 60' but to slowed some.

I waited till the next day and made one day pass but it was hot and air was crap. Later that night I tied the front end down some and took the progressive out of the question leaving at 100% on my last pass. I also added back one degree of timing. 60' was same but it ran 5.23 with air right at 2000 feet. I was not able to get a video of the last pass.
Long story short I have been pretty conservative with the timing taking small steps. There is another radial event in a month. If it's not 100 degrees I will probably go if they have another Friday night test before the Saturday event. And I know the date is wrong on the videos.....lol.
