I have a 1983 CJ5 with a SBC 355 in it right now and I want to build an awesome sbc for it. I have been thinking along the lines of a 421 with AFR heads, not so concerned about break HP numbers but I do want it to shake the ground at an idle. The jeep is geared with 4:56's and I have no need of spinning the thing over 5500 rpm really so guys gimme some advice and who have you fellas found thats good and honest to build it....

Low RPM, I would stick a 4 inch stroke in it. Cubes baby.
