New fuel system.
15 gallon fuel cell
100 micron filter
Sniper [email protected] psi electric fuel pump
Holley 12-803bp regulator.
All fuel lines 8an.
Bypass setup.
Cant get fuel pressure below 6psi.
Holley tech says 803bp is too small.
Need a recommendation for fuel pressure regulator.
Thanks in advance.

Aeromotive 13301 or Mallory 4309.

Having said that, I can't see the 803BP Having an issue with that pump. I'd check the return line for restrictions. I've ran across some -8 hose ends that were very restrictive.

If I bypass the regulator tomorrow and pressure goes down will that prove the regulator is the restriction?
Can also remove return line and test.

Are you using a fuel cell or Factory tank?

If using the factory tank, how is the return line connected?

And, have you checked the accuracy of the gauge?

Return should be larger (-10) than supply.

Where is your tank and what size lines?

I had a system like that years ago. I put the regulator on the return line to the cell.

The regulator goes on the return line. It goes into the large center pressure port. The return line will then come out one of the smaller supply ports. The regulator has to be used like this or you cannot regulate the amount of fuel bypassed. It will set the pressure as well.
