565 bbc pump gas conv head . 200 hit on bottle. confused on top ring and second ring gaps. too many suggestions. can you put me in the right ddirection. using total seal rings.thanks for feedback.

2nd Daves advice..^^^^ I run .036/.038 just spraying more than you. yes, total seal will say tighter top ring. its your engine. only 200hp its not going to make or break you IMO.

We run a bigger gaps than that but we are spraying more also. As a general consensus the 2nd ring should always be a bigger gap than the top. We run a tool steel top, Napier second.

I always use the .007-.008 per inch of bore.. I always go bigger on the second by .002 -.006 (depending combo)..
