OK guys
i now it was a dumb ass thing to do on my part
but i was cleaning out my messages ,i had a shit load of them
i deleted a few that i should not of , just some info i wanted to keep on my set up and tuning , that i picked up from helpfully some guy's on here

i really don't want to bother people again with advice and tuning tips
so is there a way to get them back

Just a lil advice .. never ever rely on your pm box on a forum to save anything you want copy it to a folder on your comp. .. you never know when a site is gonna go down and lose all your shit
