That is a great deal. They are badass guns.. They average $1000. Going to the show in Wallingford,ct Sunday. Hopefully I can find something cool.

New they are $1200-1600 on the gun auction sites. Just got to Gunbroker.com or gunsamerica.com and search the prices.

You will love it....Great deal you got. If you re-load keep the loads at or slightly below the recomendations....the Colt's don't care for REAL hot stuff....they have a tendancy to swell the cylinders and lock up under heavy loads and rapid fire.....what do you think pretty bad ass. just picked up a colt anaconda 44 mag.could not get the glare off it too shinny![]()

thats a later model but one fine piece for sure,next you need a python,they fetch (for some reason) double $$ for one in

chuck u 1997 the old timmer i got it from bought it new with a box of shells and only 5 rounds shot out of the box its awsome like brand new

Sweet. My buddy has one of those scoped with a cool camo duracoat on it that he uses for deer hunting. They are fun to shoot; not much recoil considering the cartridge.
