Hey you mustang guys that are running the marwich lower front bumper piece.After you attach it to the factory bumper ,do you leave all the factory bumper underneath remaining or do you trim off some about 1/2 way up and brace the lower part of the valance.Thanks,David

Everything on my stock front bumper is gone where the radiator venting is. No extra bracing.

Cut the bumper about 1" below the mounting holes.i did it on a gt bumper and on an Lx bumper.

After you cut a few inches below your mounting points,is what you have left of the valence strong enough without bracing? I don't want this thing flopping around and planning to run some good mph.Thanks,David
