my original top on my 87 is starting to show its age, ive read some horror stories on replacing the top at home, my concern is taking the car some were to get the top replaced, if i can find a shop that will work on it, the top does not go down due to the bar placemend of the cage and the 2 places reputable in my area wont touch it? My question is should i try changing the top my self or does anyone know of a shop in the NJ/NY area that will replace it without breaking the bank? thanks

Im going to tackle mine pretty soon, its an 89.
Unfortunatly I cant find the so called write up or anything on the net other than a honda s2000. Are you sure its on the corral?
The other write up I found with the help of another member was a small pdf from 50 resto, but I think it really sucks. You cant use that as instructions.
