Where on FB? Didn't see anything on Rickie's Page. Musi has been using Sonny's products for a long time. Development of Musi's cylinder head was based off of Sonny's platform(right port), so parts could be interchangeable and be used on blocks with the same head bolt pattern. Ports, chambers and few other things are obviously not the same. Todd might be a little jealous that Pat developed one BAD AZZ 5.300" cylinder head.

It's on there

Those are our heads here at Sonny's. The 5.3 wedge. Don't be fooled by copycats. Sonnys has the best and there's a reason we spend months and months on end doing research and development so our customers can be the top dogs !! They do say imitation is a form of flattery .... Go figure.

Robert Patrick was on there too talking about how good the sonnys stuff is also.

Interesting read.

Todd,shall we go to Who!! designed what on the cast head first??? Somehow Jesel/Musi seemed to be able to get a valvecover on it,imagine that.The billetDart heads only similarity is head bolt pattern and rocker bar pattern.Rgds Robert

Robert Patrick ;
that 3.79 was bad ass run for that weight you ran at last night and with a conventional clutch in the car . Probably could have ran 3.77 at PDRA weight or even just if the correction factor last night was as good as Vmp . That would have been Rickies career best with out a lock up . And how about that that Sonnys 5.300 headed motor !!! Took some good pics last night of the car with the front end of if you want them ;).

So it had a Sonny's head the other nite?
