Been putting in a new electrical system in the car during the winter. When i started the car today, the timing was 10 degrees off at idle. (45 instead of 35) and when i gave it some throttle the timing started jumping back to about 30 degrees, and back to 45 at idle again. Im using a msd crank trigger, and a msd timing module to retard it. Could the retard module be toasted and cause trouble, or is it something in the wiring im missing?
