Basically, the border patrol is being sued for twenty five million dollars over a boy who was shot and killed by a border patrol agent.

I don't know the whole facts, like whether or not the kid is a Mexican or an American, but it does say he'd been arrested but never charged with helping illegal immigrants cross the border 4 times in the past. Agent says the party was throwing rocks, the lawsuit says otherwise.

yeah thats a bunch of crap. I was on a jury for a drunk driving case. After he was found guilty they told us he had 4 DUI's already. That kind of info needs to be told in court.

i wanna know how this story got out. the way i see it theres only one side of the story to tell now, the border agents. if i was there with a gun and some illegal was throwing rocks trying to bash my skull in and leave my kids fatherless, i would have made a pincushion out of his ass for sure!
