I've read a lot about placing O2 sensors in the collectors. I have about 7-9" of pipe after my collectors, where in the collector would you guys recommend to put the O2? Befor the " pinch point " of the collector or after it?

How far is it from the collector to the end of the exhaust?

I run them like that but only get correct readings over 4000rpm.

After some more reading and looking I'm going to put them between the vband and the pinch of the merge. Gives a nice straight shot from the primarys and will have about 8" of pipe (bullhorns) until the gasses exit.

fast recommended 8 inches past collector and a foot of length past the sensor before it dumps

what kind of readings are you guys getting once the timing comes out. ours always read dead fat but plug told a different story. was this a placement problem?
