Does Smith Racecraft make the Max Trax for a 67 Chevy II...Their website doesn't list them for that year. Are they better than Cal-Tracs?

Any info would be great such as pros vs. cons on both and what the best direction would be.

Yes they make them for that year. I own a set for my 67 but havnet installed them yet.

I think from what I had looked at a while back, Smith is what I will be going with on my new ride.

Kim Smith is a plenty sharp chassis builder......way underated. He now has a patent on the Max Trax.....I backed to back the cal trac vs the Max Trax....Max Trax has lots of adjustment that takes about 1 min to do...change the instant center easy etc. I have had them on two cars now and they are unbelievable.

Very easy to understand and adjust for the average guy.
