I want to start by saying I have learned a lot on the Yellowbullet over the years . Spoke with Monte Smith About a plate system I had and had him set it up for me when he was alive RIP ,had Dale cubic Build me a couple carburetors, and Ken Jones built me one also , JR from Dynamic Racing Transmission‘s built my transmission and converter these are all people that I got to know through the yellow bullet community and used these people on the recommendation of a lot of the racers on here with great results.I wanted to try another carb builder for no reason other than just to try it. So I contacted Baldwin carburetors and purchased a 4150 and he charged my credit card for $1604.00 on May 5th I was told I would receive it in four weeks I said that’s perfect because my transmission is being rebuilt so not a problem I thought that was super fast. Four weeks went and passed got the transmission installed in the car I contacted him about eight weeks later no answer then contact to him again asked him where we were on the carburetor and he said planning to get you done up this week Which was the week of July 30. I have sent him a couple more emails and a phone call and there’s no response I informed him that I want my money back or the carburetor And I don’t want no more excuses,November 5 will be a half a year Since I purchased it. He brought up about people complaining on the bbb before I hung up with him and was already charged I looked on there and it was the exact same story that I’m going through with him. From now on I will just be sticking with Dale cubic Or Ken jones for my carburetor builds. Waiting for carburetors for me it’s not a problem just tell me how long it will take all the ones I’ve had built are any where from five weeks to eight weeks just don’t bullshit somebody and tell them four weeks Then tell them eight weeks and then just stop answering all emails and phone calls altogether.

In situations like this, it can be helpful to try reaching out through different channels of communication, such as social media or by contacting their customer service department. If you are unable to resolve the issue directly with Baldwin Carburetors, you may want to consider filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau or taking legal action. It's also a good idea to document your attempts to resolve the issue and keep records of any communication you have had with the company.

I have already filed with the Better Business Bureau that’s what really threw up a red flag is there’s a lot of the same cases as me, I’ve already went to Google reviews and there’s a lot more cases same thing as I’m going through it’s now over eight months I’ve sent him numerous emails text Pretty much he took $1605 I spoke with an attorney is going to be a wash so I’m posting on as many platforms as possible to keep it from happening to anybody else if I would’ve seen all the reviews on the different outlets of Baldwin carburetors I would’ve never purchased one from him I’ve never experienced anything like this before I will keep posting on the different forms QUOTE="Ralf1994, post: 73925243, member: 335131"]
