that sucks I remember them running ads for huge engines back before anybody was into the crate engine sales.Didnt they offer warranties to?

Not really sure about that. They are local so I always just headed to the shop. Only place I knew of that had hardcore race parts in stock. They still have a ton of stuff there. First time I've been by since Jeff left a couple of years ago. It is sad but whats one to do in this economy?

dont they close every year? seems i hear about them closing and then re opening a few months after all the time. i know i have a pro systems carb and when i called pro systems about some work to it they said it traced back to a carb that lukovich bought from them then filed bankruptcy on it so they never paid the bill on that one and 7 others.

I bought a set of Pro 1s years ago with just a little work, put them on the flow bench and they flowed extremely well. They didn't kill me on the price either. Thats more than you can say for alot of other companies that promise you big #s and they flow like shit.

That's not suprising every time I have been to the new store it was a ghost town except when they had the grand opening and even that was a little sparce.
Thanks for the heads up Monty.

Most every item I bought from them was cheaper than Jegs prices. Other items Im not sure about as Jegs doesn't carry several things I needed.

John Lukovich is/was great to deal with. He build me a 665ci that dynoed at 1309hp, I sold it to a guy in Texas that could not believe it. He took it to his shop and it dynoed at 1275hp. This was after running it for a year. Lukovich also built me a twin turbo 598 with the dart billet block. John did lots of work figuring out the motor as it was his first twin turbo engine. We have run it for almost two years without a single problem.

True professional will be missed.
