Is anyone using a sheetmetal intake from a company in Escondido,Califorina called Precision Metalcraft? They look like good intakes at a decent price. Any feedback would be appreciated!!

If I'm not mistaken, you have one of Daves manifolds on your car right?HRE = Hughes Racing Enterprises
Dave Hughes
Nazareth PA.
He does mainly Pro Stock, Pro Mod, Mountain Motor, Comp Eliminator.
No website, great guy he has an LS2 in a SSR so he likes the LS stuff.
This will answer your question...Very unfortunate. What does that thing run, looks badass.
You have a bit to learn about intake manifolds yet.the way the runners inside, not going to flow very well. it would be great for a car show. but that's it. i was thinking one of jerry's kids made it. lol
This will be my first SM intake and am just looking for a good, quality piece and I too have a lot to learn about intake design. Not really looking to squeeze out every last horsepower out of the motor. This intake will go on a LSX 434 that will have some sort of FI after the car is done and sorted out. Looking for something to help out on the bottom end (it is a street/ strip build), that looks good and does not break the bank too much. You have a bit to learn about intake manifolds yet.![]()
