Checking to see if anyone sends the rear seal in backwards when running a vacuum pump. Also, What's the concensus on the fel pro vs. the GM seal. Had the car out on the street and noticed the vac gauge was at 5 psi then dropped to zero. Figured I'd lost the belt but didnt. Check for leaks and found a few oils drops comming from the seal. Threw 3psi of air and it leaked right out of the seal.

Thanks in advance.

Technically, the seal is already "backwards" by design.

You could have blown it out but you could also have issues with the rear cover/gasket as well.
