I'm throwing together a ls2 stock bottom end that needs a crank. I'm going to use some ls3 heads on it with some nitrous in a roller I have looking to go high 5's. I have a good ls1 crank, will I need to get the ls2 pistons, ls2 rods, and ls1 crank balanced?

Just the other day I was talking to the machinist about this-I have a 5.3 with dished pistons, pressed rods, and bought some flat top pistons/bushed rods to
swap in-he said if the weight is diff, the crank would need to be balanced-I think it has something to do with the counter balance
We are going to weigh one of each rod/piston, see how close they are
