It is for a pro touring 69 Camaro. Ideally we would like to have a 427 ( owner has always wanted a 427 powered Camaro since his first 69 Camaro in the 70s.) and built for Boost. We want to stay under 14k-ish for a long block ready to go. Who's would you choose and why? We prefer to stay away from ching chong internals if we can.

I would go with Mike Lough Racing Engines. Honest and trust worthy. He built the 388 for my dads 2014 SS sedan which was initially going to be for me in the chevelle to run x275. He will stand behind his work and has been doing great work with the LS for some time. https://www.facebook.com/loughengines/ or (573) 243-8944

Borowski Race Engines. They know their shit. New owner has made them Great. All brand new state of the art equipment. CNC's and all. Ken and his staff are very professional and great people to deal with. I really can't say enough good things about them. Very Happy with their work. Check out their site. If you don't see it call because he probably has it on hand or will build it to meet your needs. In a timely manner too.

Erik has built my last 2 LS engines, both have been great and performed better than expected. My opinion, he is one of the best with the LS platform.
Quoted for truth. Some of those mentioned in here, he has spent the last 15 years fixing their wonky stuff :/

In the 15 years Ive sold LS stuff... he is the only guy I can honestly recommend. Their may be a few others out there but I know he has his shit together.
