I went racing last night in the this shootout ran my best...60'ft-1.27, 330'ft-3.53, 1/8 mile [email protected] single fogger 436ci sbc 23 degree afr 227cc heads. Is the MPH and 330ft correct for the 1/8 TIME?

You are good. I went 1.33 60', 330' 3.62, 5.51 @ 129 I brough my N2O on at 1 second out so i think your #'s are good.

Depends on the tire, if it's a 275 the 60 and 330 are a tad bit fast for the e.t. and mp.h. in my opinion.

If my car would run those 60 and 330 times it would be a low 30 pass. But you are definitely very close. Maybe bottle pressure falling off a tad bit?

If it's a slick you are probably very close.

Thanks everyone.....the bottle pressure was at 890 and drop to 850 through the run. I usually run 925-950 and it only falls to 900psi through the run. And the humidity was like 70-80%....I could of got a away with the timing with at least two degrees but I only went 1 degree up from 18 to 19total. I couldn't spec my plugs since we only had 20 min cool down time...So I had the timing low so i won't hurt parts.

@BYKR,
I only tuned the carburater where I gain the most mph and then sprayed the nitrous from there and also installed a crank trigger..thats about it.

There ya go, bottle pressure variance and grains of water is where the e.t. and mph went to. Sounds like it's working good though, should be a real beast in good air.

Not to hijack but what's the potential for this combo. 434 AFR 227's, diffuser plate, 2nd gen Camaro, 4.10gear, glide, leaf spring's, 3070lbs, 28X 10.5, 1.218 60ft, 3.488 330ft, 5.417 660ft @ 127.25. W/love to go a 30 & a 8.5001 1/4 is it possible?

I just smooth the grooves so the ring could be freely its been working fine.

Its possible you'll get a 8.50 out of it...I'm gonna try to change my rear gears to 3.73 maybe get more mph and better et.

thx Venom434 I like what I see so far still cleaning up the tune & defenitaly less gear for the 1/8th.The 1/4 is really secondary for me, just like to run that 8.5001 jus because!
