Thanks Mike and everyone else. No the headers did not survive. They need fixed right now. The tubes are a little flat on the bottom. Oil pan is fine. Block is being welded right now. Tomorrow I'll know if the shocks are screwed up. I guess I need a new plate. 
Probably just going to throw one on it with my last name for now. I'll be in a junk yard this weekend looking for new inner fenders.
